Good
Great location. Great room, however the AC was broken the days I went and the hotel overlooks clubs so you can hear music late at night. I’m a heavy sleeper so that didn’t bother me but if sound keeps you awake at night maybe consider that.

Great but noisy at night
Great size room & bathroom. We also had a lovely view. Close to the train station and right in the heart of all the fun bars and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff.
It was very noisy at night - the bars and clubs play loud music until the early hours of the morning. The staff did apologise and offered us earplugs. The pool was also closed which was a shame as the weather was still very hot.

Family holiday
We love that the hotel is near in subway station and so many restaurant and cafe around to choose from,room is clean and bed is comfy, i love,love the high tech toilet seat
The downside is noisy because of the bars all around,but it doesn't bother us much elevators is small and the pool has no water,i dont know if the staff understand english well.

It was a comfortable stay, everyone was lovely and friendly, and I would say it’s worth the price if you use all the fac
Everyone was very friendly and helpful, the location was great to wonder around during the day, the beds were comfortable and room was really clean. The sauna/spa area was warm and felt quite secure, I just had to get over my own public nudity insecurities. Also - great view of namsan tower from my window.
At first the rooms seemed really well sound proofed, obviously you hear the clubs thumping away til about 6.30 in the morning (it’s Itaewon, what are we really expecting of sound proofing??) - but one the second day I could hear my neighbours through the walls (they weren’t being particularly loud, I could hear them having normal conversations) which was a little surprising and disappointing. The sports massage advertised as part of the spa has been closed for a while, it seems. Some of the treatments they advertise in the room brochure also aren’t available anymore. The info just needs an update.
